Analysis of rectangular cup drawing considering anisotropic hardening and cyclic effect for orthogonal anisotropic materials

چکیده

An anisotropic plasticity model is developed based on the non-associated flow rule with hardening. The combines non-quadratic yield function and quadratic plastic potential for orthogonal sheet metals. also expanded to properly reproduce cyclic effect during forming processes. simple formulations can contribute cost saving in parameter acquisition process implementation. was implemented into finite element code ABAQUS as a user material subroutine under general three-dimensional condition. To evaluate capability of model, different loading conditions prediction surface were considered. A multi-step rectangular cup drawing AA5182-O DP600 sheets including draw/re-draw effects applied performance capturing complex behavior by simulation. results show that capable describing behaviors hardening high accuracy efficiency.
